What are the early symptoms of diabetes foot? What are the key points to prevent diabetes foot
Diabetes foot, commonly known as "rotten foot", is one of the symptoms of diabetes. Professor Yang Huazhang from the People's Hospital of Guangdong Province proposed that the causes of diabetic foot disease are very complex. In addition to the peripheral vascular disease of diabetes, there are also neuropathy of diabetes, and the decline of anti infection ability of diabetes. Both feet are at the distal end of the limb, with poor blood circulation and poor treatment effect.
Data shows that the cut-off risk of diabetes patients is four times higher than that of ordinary people, and every 30 seconds on average, diabetes foot patients undergo cut-off surgery. After amputation of diabetes foot, the life span of patients is seriously affected. About 70% of patients die within 5 years after amputation. 85% of amputees are caused by foot ulcers at the beginning. If treatment is delayed or nursing is improper, the consequences will be unimaginable. Early detection and treatment will help control the condition of diabetes foot.
There are five grades of diabetes foot, starting from grade 0. Grade 0: there is no open focus on the foot and skin with the risk of foot ulcer; Level 1: ulcer on the surface, no infection in clinical; Grade 2: deep ulcer infection focus, often accompanied by soft tissue inflammation, without abscess or bone infection; Grade 3: deep infection with bone tissue lesion or abscess; Grade 4 bone defect, partial gangrene of toes and feet; 5. Most or all of the foot gangrene.
Common manifestations of diabetes foot:
