What should couples pay attention to during summer sexual activity? Be wary of excessive sexual greed
On scorching summer days, my life and work are all listless, and physical exhaustion often occurs. Since ancient times, health preservation theories have explicitly stated that during summer sexual activity, attention should be paid to the opposite of excessive yang and excitement, which means that summer is more likely to make people's desires soar. If one does not pay attention to moderation at this time, it will exacerbate the already accelerated metabolism of the body and cause physical exhaustion. What should be paid attention to during summer sexual activity, as it may affect the basic "vitality" of the body as mentioned by the ancients and even cause diseases?
Be wary of excessive sexual greed
In summer, the temperature is high and the humidity is high. Many couples like to have sex in an air-conditioned environment. However, in the process of sexual life, especially after Orgasm, the human body will heat up and sweat, and the sweat pores of the whole body will open. If cool air invades at this time, it can cause cold symptoms such as nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and headache in people with reduced resistance. Some people refer to this condition as the "summer sex cold".
During summer sexual activity, excessive greed should be avoided. If using air conditioning, the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor should be around 5 ℃, and the minimum room temperature should not exceed 27 ℃.
If you feel thirsty and sticky after sex, don't rush to take a cold shower, as it may make you feel temporarily comfortable. But it creates favorable conditions for the invasion of pathogenic bacteria, making it very easy to catch a cold.
Be careful when sweating too much
The human body naturally secretes a lot of sweat in summer, and the desire for sex can make people excited. Many people may find themselves sweating profusely before having sex, but don't assume that sweating profusely is a normal phenomenon. According to traditional Chinese medicine theory, excessive sweating during the summer can easily lead to fatigue in middle-aged and elderly people, as well as those with weak bodies. This type of population should wait until the sweat is completely dry and the heart rate stabilizes before engaging in sexual activity.
For individuals with emotional tension or physical weakness, the phenomenon of increased sweating after sexual activity should also be vigilant. Because this may be a signal of a disease, it is best to go to the hospital for examination. After sexual intercourse, be sure to rest in bed for a while, and then get up and take a warm bath. Drink a glass of salted milk or soybean milk. Never take a cold bath or drink iced water immediately after the event.
