Sexual activity is a particularly important thing, an important part of life, and a lubricant between couples. However, during sexual activity, women may also encounter obstacles to orgasm.
What is female orgasmic disorder
Female orgasmic disorder belongs to an independent syndrome, which is different from sexual desire disorder or difficulty in arousal. Female orgasmic disorder refers to a condition in which a woman, despite having sexual interests and demands, and having normal or even strong sexual desire, is repeatedly or continuously delayed or lacking orgasm during sexual activity, despite receiving sufficient intensity and effective stimulation and experiencing normal sexual arousal reactions (such as genital swelling and adequate lubrication of the vagina), causing psychological pain; Only low levels of sexual pleasure can be achieved, with little or no sexual satisfaction.
Manifestations of female orgasmic disorders
1. Sexual arousal disorder, slow or even non-existent sexual desire, but usually after arousal, it can perform normally
2. No demands for sexual life, decreased libido, and even showing an insignificant attitude
3. After receiving sufficient sexual stimulation, there is insufficient orgasmic disorder and normal sexual intercourse is possible, but there is no orgasm or it is not obvious
4. When about to engage in sexual activity, feelings of terror, disgust, etc. may arise
5. Pain during sexual intercourse, such as pain in the external genitalia, abdomen, or lower part, can only occur during orgasm or if it is not obvious, and can end after sexual intercourse.
7. Sexual desire suppression: Women develop sexual desire and impulsiveness, but for some reason, they do not want to be exposed or displayed, and are in a state of suppression.
8. Vaginal spasms can be divided into two types: primary and secondary. The former, once in contact with sexual organs after marriage, will cause vaginal spasms and unable to complete sexual activity. The latter has normal sexual activity after marriage, which occurs several months or years later. According to the time when spasms occur, they can be divided into two types: before sexual intercourse and during sexual intercourse. The former cannot complete sexual activity, the latter can interrupt sexual intercourse, and the spouse is also very painful.
Examination of female orgasmic disorders
1. Determination of blood sex hormones (FSH, LH, testosterone SH, LH, testosterone and estradiol), thyroid hormone levels, blood sugar and blood lipids, etc., helps to find the organic factors of female orgasm disorder, possible low sex hormone levels, hypothyroidism, diabetes, etc
2. Female reproductive tract blood flow, vaginal pH, vaginal adaptability, and reproductive tract vibration sensing threshold. The blood flow velocity (maximum systolic flow velocity) and venous pool (end diastolic flow velocity) of clitoris, labia, urethra, vagina and uterus were measured by color ultrasound before and after sexual stimulation.
