What embarrassments do postpartum women easily encounter in their private parts? You may be experiencing these three moments
After giving birth to a child, there are significant changes in hormones in a woman's body. During childbirth, forceps and fetuses are used to attract labor, causing damage to the pelvic muscles, fascia, and ligaments to a certain extent, reducing the tension of the pelvic floor muscles and causing pelvic floor dysfunction. Many women experience a series of awkward moments after giving birth, such as urinary leakage and vaginal discharge.
What embarrassing events may postpartum women encounter?
1. Vaginal exhaust
Vaginal discharge, also known as vaginal blowing, is caused by damage to the function of the pelvic floor, relaxation of vaginal muscles, increased likelihood of gas entering the vagina, and changes in posture. You can judge whether the vagina is loose, wash your hands, lie on the bed, bend your feet slightly and separate them, insert two fingers into the vagina, and let your fingers feel the Muscle contraction of the vagina. After inserting the finger and touching the vaginal wall, it forcefully contracts, but the finger does not feel it, indicating vaginal relaxation. The fingers obviously feel Muscle contraction and wrapping, not tight, muscle relaxation and tightening, and vaginal relaxation is moderate. If the fingers cannot enter the vagina, even if they do, there will be obvious wrapping and discomfort symptoms, indicating that the vagina is too tight. When vaginal relaxation is severe, try to go to the hospital for examination, evaluate pelvic floor function, and continue the movement of vaginal dumbbells and Kegel to increase the strength of pelvic floor muscles.
2. Stress Urinary incontinence
Stress Urinary incontinence refers to the uncontrolled outflow of urine when abdominal pressure suddenly increases. This is mainly related to vaginal injury, pregnancy and delivery, decreased estrogen, and long-term cough and constipation. When this problem occurs, it is necessary to go to the hospital for stress testing and urodynamic examination. Mild patients only leak urine during vigorous exercise, moderate patients leak urine during rapid exercise or climbing stairs, and severe patients leak urine while standing. Mild patients can continue to exercise pelvic floor muscles, Bladder training or pelvic floor electrical stimulation. Severe patients must be treated through surgery.
3. Organoptosis
When female pelvic floor support is weak, the uterus, rectum, bladder and other pelvic floor organs are displaced, which is called pelvic floor dysfunction. In severe cases, the uterus is separated from the Vaginal orifice. Pelvic organ prolapse includes uterine prolapse, dilation of the anterior or posterior wall of the vagina. Women can conduct self-examination at home. The specific method is to lie on the bed, hold their breath down, look at the Vaginal orifice with mobile phones and mirrors, and observe whether organs fall off. Patients with mild vaginal wall swelling and Uterine prolapse can receive pelvic floor functional exercise and rehabilitation treatment to alleviate the discomfort caused by pelvic organ prolapse, improve the strength and endurance of pelvic floor muscles, and severe patients need surgical treatment. In addition, when patients are unable to undergo surgery due to physical fitness issues or collapse due to swelling after giving birth to a child, and cannot undergo immediate surgery, the uterus can be used.
