Sexually transmitted diseases, "sexually transmitted diseases", traditionally refer to diseases transmitted through sexual intercourse, mainly occurring in the genital area. Including syphilis, gonorrhea, soft lower camp, venereal lymphogranuloma and inguinal granuloma, which was once known as "willow disease". At present, there are more than 20 kinds of sexually transmitted diseases abroad, including five traditional sexually transmitted diseases and nongonococcal urethritis, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes, AIDS, bacterial vaginal diseases, vulvovaginal candidiasis, vaginal trichomoniasis, scabies, pubic lice, hepatitis B, etc. At present, syphilis, gonorrhea and the eight sexually transmitted diseases under control are syphilis, gonorrhea, leptoptosis, venereal lymphogranuloma, genital chlamydia trachomatis infection, condyloma acuminatum, genital herpes and AIDS.
Introduce the treatment plan for genital herpes
(1) Antiviral therapy
① Primary genital herpes
Acyclovir 200 mg, oral, 5 times/day, 7-10 days; Or valaciclovir 300 mg, oral, 2 times/day, 7-10 days; Or famciclovir 250 mg, oral, 3 times/day, 5-10 days.
② Recurrent genital herpes should be treated within 24 hours after the onset of prodromal symptoms or damage
Acyclovir 200 mg, oral, 5 times/day, for 5 days; Or valaciclovir 300 mg, oral, twice a day, for 5 days; Or famciclovir 125-250 mg, oral, 3 times/day, for 5 days.
③ Patients with frequent recurrence (more than 6 recurrences per year) can use inhibition therapy to reduce the number of recurrences.
Acyclovir 400 mg, oral, 2 times/day; Or famciclovir 125 mg~250 mg, oral, twice a day.
The above drugs need to be taken for a long time, generally from 4 months to 1 year.
④ Severe infection refers to patients with severe symptoms of primary infection or extensive skin lesions. Acyclovir 5 mg~lo mg/kg body weight, intravenous drip, once every 8 hours, 5~7 days or until the clinical symptoms subside.
(2) Local treatment keeps the affected area clean and dry. The skin lesions can be coated with 3% acyclovir cream, 1% penciclovir cream, phthalbutamine cream, etc.
Treatment of Genital Herpes with TCM Syndrome Differentiation
Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment. Genital herpes is generally treated according to the following classification:
(1) Damp-heat injection proves genital herpes: the common genital blisters are caused by fat, sweet taste and damp-heat evil injection into liver meridians. The treatment rule should be clearing away heat and dehumidifying. The common prescription medicine Gentiana Xiegan Decoction: Gentiana herb 10g, Gardenia jasminoides 10g, Scutellaria baicalensis 10g, Bupleurum chinense 10g, Fructus plantaginis 10g, Radix Angelicae sinensis 10g, Radix Mutong 10g, Radix Glycyrrhizae 10g. Gentiana in the prescription can clear the dampness and heat of liver meridian; Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, Scutellaria baicalensis, Bupleurum chinense and Gentiana scabra can clear the liver and gall, and Cheqianmotong can clear the heat and damp; Angelica sinensis is born to cool blood and promote blood circulation; Raw licorice is mixed with various drugs.
