There are five main symptoms of menstrual irregularities, which can easily lead to amenorrhea
Irregular menstruation is a condition that occurs in many women and is also a disease that we should pay attention to, especially if it has a serious impact on the normal life and health of female patients. It is also necessary to have a clear understanding of irregular menstruation.
Symptoms of menstrual irregularities
1. The physiological day is advanced. Early menstruation refers to a normal menstrual cycle that suddenly shortens by less than 21 days, and occurs continuously for more than 2 weeks, but the menstrual volume is normal.
2. Delayed menstruation. Regularly menstruate, with menstrual errors lasting for more than 7 days, or even 40 to 50 days per cycle. The menstrual cycle lasts for more than 2 days, but the menstrual volume is normal. In ovulation patients, the basal body temperature is biphasic, but the follicular phase is long and the high temperature phase is low. In ovulation patients, the basal body temperature is monophasic.
3. Menstrual extension: The menstrual cycle is normal and the menstrual volume is normal, but the menstrual period is extended, exceeding 7 days or even 2 weeks of cleaning. People with inflammation usually have lower abdominal pain, which worsens during physiological days. They usually have a large amount of vaginal discharge, a yellow white color, a strong texture, and a taste. Patients with incomplete corpus luteum atrophy are accompanied by excessive menstrual flow; Patients with prolonged endometrial repair still have a small amount of persistent vaginal bleeding after the normal menstrual period
4. Sudden menopause: Generally speaking, there are few cases of women experiencing menstrual cycles from normal to sudden menopause, and most women first experience a period of irregular menstruation, either long or short.
5. Dysmenorrhea: Pain in the lower abdomen or back before or during menstruation. When the attack is severe, the patient's face turns pale, sweats cold, hands and feet are cold, nausea and vomiting occur, and even cause collapse and fainting.
6. Menstrual blood color: Normal blood is dark red, with scattered small fragments of endometrium, cervical mucus, and mixed vaginal epithelial cells in the blood, without blood clots. Menstrual blood is as light as water, and only pink or black purple is abnormal. If the menstrual blood is completely clotted and abnormal, there may be other bleeding parts, and medical attention should be sought as soon as possible to ensure health.
The Hazards of Irregular Menstruation
1. Affects women's physical and mental health: Women with obvious abnormal skin conditions such as spots, looseness, dullness, coarse pores, and continuous acne. The accumulation of toxins in women's bodies is not conducive to detoxification and aging of the uterus and ovaries.
2. Women with menopausal symptoms such as insomnia, decreased physical strength, decreased memory, and osteoporosis that affect normal life.
