The four contraceptive methods have a high failure rate due to their large market share
Nowadays, while pursuing pleasure, both genders attach great importance to contraception. There are various methods of contraception, but the effectiveness of contraception varies greatly. Even though there are many methods of contraception nowadays, many people who have had abortions can still be seen in hospitals. Therefore, you must understand various contraceptive methods.
The four contraceptive methods have a high failure rate due to their large market share
1. Physiological day contraception methods
This method is also one of the contraceptive methods used by many people. However, its success rate is not high. This is because there is also a possibility of ovulation during physiological days. Perhaps many people do not conceive on physiological days, but if you are a very few women, there is also a possibility of ovulation on physiological days. And don't forget that sperm can live for up to 8 days inside the vagina.
2. Abstinence contraception
Of course, this method is not the one with the highest contraceptive failure rate, but the one with the highest failure rate among all contraceptive methods. This method can achieve 100% contraception, but at the same time, it loses all fun. If couples cannot enjoy the pleasure of sexual intercourse, they are like monks and nuns every day. I believe no man can bear it. Therefore, this contraceptive method is not satisfactory.
3. Lactation contraception
Relax your vigilance during lactation and may regret it. A survey shows that 5% -10% of pregnant women become incredibly pregnant during breastfeeding. After childbirth, the baby's nipple suction can reflect and suppress the mother's hypothalamus, inhibiting ovarian ovulation. By utilizing this characteristic of non ovulation, contraception can be achieved. But this method is also unreliable.
Because if the baby's nipple suction decreases, the amount of milk secreted decreases, the concentration of milk decreases, or breastfeeding stops, or when the mother is affected by environmental, climatic, emotional changes, and sexual activity, the inhibitory effect of lactating hormones on gonadotropins weakens, and the ovaries will resume function from a resting state during breastfeeding, expelling mature eggs, and gradually resume the menstrual cycle.
Breastfeeding mothers should not be unaware: generally speaking, women ovulate first and then menstruate for 2 weeks. Due to the characteristics of ovulation before and after menstruation, some women may become pregnant before menstruation.
4. Coitus interruptus
This method is preferred by many men, but do you know that coitus interruptus contraception can not only make women devote themselves to sex, but also harm men's bodies? This is mainly because women focus most of their attention on male ejaculation and are afraid of unintended pregnancy, so they cannot engage in sexual activity and naturally cannot achieve orgasm. And men should also focus on ejaculation, which can easily lead to sexual dysfunction in the long run. Moreover, this method is not reliable and can easily lead to unexpected pregnancies.
