Sexual Health
Patients with ectopic pregnancy caused by endometriosis should pay attention to four therapies
Endometriosis is a disease of the female uterus, and its appearance poses a serious threat to women. The most direct impact is on fertility, and we need to actively treat it after getting sick.
Endometriosis can lead to ectopic pregnancy
Endometriosis may lead to adhesion around the fallopian tube, which may affect the peristalsis of the fallopian tube or lead to blockage of the fallopian tube, causing infertility endometriosis to the ovary, which may become the soil for the development of zygote, that is, common ectopic pregnancy. Therefore, endometriosis can lead to ectopic pregnancy. And this abnormal pregnancy can lead to very serious consequences, such as abdominal pain, massive bleeding, shock, and even life-threatening.
Hazards of endometriosis
1. Pain during sexual intercourse: affecting sexual activity. When ectopic endometrial nodules at the top of the vaginal fornix, depressed rectal nodules or adhesions, or ovarian adhesions at the pelvic floor, sexual intercourse pain may occur.
2. Physiological pain: The clinical feature of endometriosis is progressive physiological pain, which can occur before and after menstruation.
3. Recurrent rectal stimulation symptoms: Recurrent rectal stimulation symptoms with sexual deterioration are rare compared to other gynecological diseases and are the most valuable symptom for diagnosing this disease. The rectum, anus, and external genitalia may experience bloating, pain, urgency, and increased frequency of bowel movements. As the lesion gradually worsens, the symptoms become more pronounced, and later disappear.
4. Infertility: What are the hazards of endometriosis? The most important signs are posterior fixation of the uterus, posterior wall of the uterus, etc. Gynecological examination can touch the enlarged ovary, which is one of its main signs.
5. Menstrual disorders: Patients with endometriosis experience shortened menstrual cycles, increased menstrual volume, or prolonged menstruation, indicating ovarian dysfunction
6. Ectopic pregnancy (ectopic pregnancy): ectopic endometrium causes pelvic adhesion, oviduct dysfunction, local cultivation and development of zygote, and the probability of ectopic pregnancy increases.
7. Frequent urination, painful urination, and periodic hematuria: Endometriosis is more common in bladder patients, and periodic hematuria can occur when bladder mucosa is invaded with symptoms of frequent urination and painful urination.
Treatment of endometriosis
1. Drug therapy: Drugs counteract or inhibit ovarian periodic endocrine stimulation. Initially, testosterone was used as a male hormone with significant side effects and insufficient efficacy, and has gradually been abandoned. Afterwards, it gradually developed into pseudo pregnancy therapy and pseudo amenorrhea therapy.
