Obstruction of fallopian tubes caused by gynecological inflammation: active prevention starts from 5 o'clock
Tubal blockage is a common phenomenon, and there are many sick patients in our daily lives. There are many reasons for it, and we must reasonably prevent it in our daily lives.
Reasons for blocked fallopian tubes
1. Gynecological inflammation: Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is often characterized by the closure of one or all ends of the fallopian tube receiving the egg, adhesion of the inner layer of the fallopian tube mucosa, and narrowing or closure of the lumen. Severe inflammation can cause the fallopian tubes to lose their soft and peristaltic physiological properties, become stiff and twisted, completely block the lumen, and ultimately lose fertility. Salpingitis can cause adhesions in the narrowest part and fimbria of the fallopian tubes, resulting in narrowing or complete closure of the lumen, leading to infertility.
2. Appendix perforation: Women with a history of appendix perforation have an increased chance of damage to their fallopian tubes. This is because the distance between the appendix and the fallopian tubes is very close, so infection at the appendix location can easily spread to the fallopian tubes, leading to inflammation of the fallopian tubes and ultimately adhesion and blockage, leading to infertility.
3. Pelvic adhesions: This condition usually covers the ends of the ovaries and fallopian tubes, or connects the fallopian tubes and other tissues. Especially for women who have undergone pelvic surgery, most of them will experience adhesions.
4. Infection caused by miscarriage: Abortion can also cause genital inflammation, leaving scar tissue in the fallopian tubes, blocking or damaging the inside of the tubes.
5. Unclean rooms: Unclean rooms are a contributing factor to many diseases. Patients often contract unclean rooms such as reproductive and gynecological diseases, which can cause inflammation of the fallopian tubes and lead to blockage.
Prevention of fallopian tube blockage
1. Pay attention to personal hygiene: Female friends should pay attention to their personal hygiene work in their daily lives, keep the external genitalia clean and fresh, and prevent infections caused by public goods
2. Pay attention to sexual hygiene: Female friends who have sex should pay attention to corresponding hygiene and care in their daily lives to avoid unclean sexual activity. When symptoms of vaginal bleeding are found during sexual activity, sexual activity should be stopped. Otherwise, it can easily cause infection problems.
3. Pay attention to safe contraception: If female friends have not yet had family planning, scientific and reliable methods of contraception should be used to avoid multiple induced abortions. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the fallopian tubes and cause blockage.
