Male vigilance sexual dysfunction leads to infertility! 4 types of sexual dysfunction can cause infertility
As a man, you must know how to take care of your body. Don't let infertility appear on you. However, no man can bear this phenomenon, so the occurrence of male infertility will be caused by sexual dysfunction.
The following are not common causes of male sexual dysfunction:
1. Sexual dysfunction - cryptorchidism
The medicine that testis position is abnormal or testis does not descend to scrotum is called cryptorchidism. According to statistics, about 10% of newborns and 2% of children have cryptorchidism. In the past, people believed that only bilateral cryptorchidism would affect fertility, but recent studies found that the infertility rate of unilateral cryptorchidism was about 67%.
Although unilateral testicle can completely compensate for the function of two testicles, in fact, due to the adverse effect of temperature or some anti-sperm antibody, the patient's testicle will also lose the function of producing sperm. This phenomenon is called "testicular infertility". Patients are more likely to develop testicular tumors than normal people. Cryptorchidism is often neglected when young. Generally, treatment is not started until infertility is found after marriage, but it is too late.
2. Sexual dysfunction - Chlamydia trachomatis infection
Male infertility caused by trachoma is caused by chlamydia trachomatis infection. Chlamydia trachomatis can cause male urethritis, vasculitis, epididymitis and sexual dysfunction. Inflammation of the vas deferens can weaken sperm activity and lead to infertility.
3. Sexual dysfunction - sequelae of mumps
A survey shows that many male infertility can be traced back to the history of childhood mumps. In addition to the parotid gland, mumps virus also causes trouble in the reproductive organs, nerve tissue and pancreas.
The effect of mumps virus on testis can cause inflammation in mild degree, which is manifested as swelling and pain in testis, and atrophy in testis tissue in severe degree, especially the destruction of "factory" of special sperms - spermatic tubules; If bilateral testicles are damaged, it will lead to life-long refractory infertility. According to statistics, about 14% of male infertility is caused by testicular dysfunction, most of which is caused by parotitis.
Varicose varicocele spermatic cord is due to the congenital valve insufficiency or poor function of the spermatic vein itself, and some acquired adverse factors (such as excessive force), resulting in increased pressure of the spermatic vein, forming discoid expansion, blocking blood flow, resulting in insufficient nutrition and supply of the testis, endocrine dysfunction, and decreased testosterone level, thus inhibiting sperm production and causing male infertility.
