Learning contraceptive methods and rejecting contraceptive errors that harm male function
Common contraceptive methods include natural contraception, condoms, hormonal contraception, and emergency contraception, but they are unknown.
1. Natural contraceptive method
Including interruption of sexual intercourse and calculation of safety period method. Interrupting sexual intercourse requires pulling the penis out of the vagina before orgasm, which is very difficult to implement, and some sperm leaks into the vagina before ejaculation. This method is extremely unreliable and long-term use can seriously affect men's physical and mental health, leading to diseases such as prostatitis. Calculation of safe period method: The calculation method starts from the first day of the next menstrual cycle, counting down to 14 days or subtracting 14 days is the ovulation day, and the ovulation day and its first 5 days and last 4 days are called the ovulation day. Avoid ovulation to achieve contraceptive purposes.
In particular, external spermicide is a common form of contraception, including suppository, tablet, film, gel, vaginal sponge plug and other forms. By chemical action, sperm are killed in the female reproductive tract and cannot swim.
2. Barrier measures
Includes condoms and vaginal septum (female condom). Before using condoms, it is important to avoid contact between the penis and the vagina. The condom must be worn during sexual intercourse, and after ejaculation, the penis (along with the condom) must be removed before it becomes weak. Otherwise, the condom may slip into the vagina. It is recommended to check the condom for any leaks before use.
3. Hormonal contraception methods
Oral contraceptives are the most popular contraceptive method in the world, especially among teenagers and women over the age of 20. Compound oral contraceptives contain two hormones, estrogen and pregnancy hormone. These two hormones can prevent the growth and maturation of egg cells in the ovaries, preventing ovulation from occurring. This means that taking oral contraceptive pills correctly can achieve almost 100% contraceptive reliability, far higher than the contraceptive reliability of condoms, ranking first among the contraceptive methods available to newlyweds.
4. Emergency contraception methods
If you forget to take contraceptive measures or fail to do so, you can take emergency contraceptives. However, emergency contraception, as a remedy for the failure of ordinary contraceptive methods, may cause discomfort such as nausea, vomiting, and menstrual disorders. Therefore, it is recommended to adopt ordinary contraceptive methods as much as possible and avoid using this unavoidable contraceptive method.
The above four techniques are contraceptive techniques that are unknown in sexual life. After the above introduction, we hope to be helpful for your future contraception and increase the interest between couples in sexual life. Women who use long-term contraceptives for the first time need to strengthen calcium supplements such as soy products and almonds.
