1. Usage of female condoms
1.1. The outer ring should cover the area around the outside of the vagina, the inner ring should be inserted into the vagina, and the condom can be delivered to the bottom during sexual intercourse.
1.2. Use your thumb and middle finger to pinch the inner ring, and your index finger to press against the base of the sleeve, or squeeze the inner ring tightly.

3. Disadvantages of female condoms
