We must pay attention to the occurrence of physiological pain. Especially many female friends are very painful. The method of relieving pain also requires attention to cooking and prevention in daily life.
Pain relieving methods for dysmenorrhea
1. Rub the stomach with your hands: Rub the heat with both hands and gently rub it in the area where the stomach hurts. Do not use too much force, gently rub it, otherwise the pain will worsen.
2. Using a hot water bottle or hot water bag: Fill the hot water bottle with hot water and heat it in a painful area to relieve symptoms of physical pain. Hot water is effective. Warm water won't do. Additionally, drinking hot water can also alleviate pain.
3. Sugar water: Sugar should be in moderation, not too little. Soak in hot water and drink while it's hot. Don't wait until it's cold before drinking. Sugar has no effect. It can replenish blood and relieve menstrual cramps.
4. Painkillers: Try not to choose painkillers for the three methods mentioned above. As the saying goes, drugs are three ways toxic, and taking them can become a dependence on drugs. However, it is recommended to take them less frequently, but for the above three methods, try not to choose painkillers.
