Does flatulence and pain in the same room prompt gynecological diseases? What should be paid attention to during ovulation
Rooming before and after ovulation can increase the chance of pregnancy. Many couples who are preparing for pregnancy choose to have sex at this stage, but what is the reason for abdominal pain after sex?
How is abdominal distension and pain after ovulation?
1. Tubal obstruction
During ovulation, eggs are discharged from the ovaries and enter the fallopian tubes. When the fallopian tubes become inflamed and blocked, the eggs cannot be completely discharged, causing lower abdominal pain, increased secretion, pain during sexual intercourse, and low back pain. If repeated pregnancy preparations fail and the above symptoms occur, try to perform a fallopian tube examination within 3 to 7 days after your menstrual cycle is clean to see if it is caused by fallopian tube blockage.
2. Ovulatory abdominal pain
Some women have sex during the ovulation period before their ovaries begin to ovulate formally. The rupture of ovarian follicles during ovulation, coupled with the stimulation of follicular fluid after ovulation, can stimulate the peritoneum, causing abdominal distension and pain. Ovulation abdominal pain generally occurs on the left or right side, accompanied by low back pain, and a small amount of vaginal bleeding. This is a physiological abdominal pain that does not cause serious complications. Don't worry too much. It can generally be relieved in about a day. When ovulatory abdominal pain affects normal work and life, spasmodic analgesics can be used reasonably.
3. Gynecological inflammation
Abdominal distension and pain after ovulation may also be related to gynecological inflammation, the most common of which are endometritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis, or cervicitis. The main manifestations are an increase in vaginal secretions, a feeling of bloating in the lower abdomen, and pain in the lumbosacral region, accompanied by irregular menstruation and persistent fever. Especially, abdominal pain worsens after sexual activity. If the condition is severe, it may lead to loss of appetite, chills, and headaches. When the above symptoms occur, go to the hospital for examination in a timely manner.
What should I pay attention to after ovulation?
After having sex during ovulation, pay attention to personal hygiene. You can use flowing water to clean private areas, and then wipe them clean with a towel. After each defecation, use warm water to clean local areas to prevent intestinal bacteria from entering the vagina and causing inflammation. In addition, keep the perineum ventilated and dry. You can sleep without wearing underwear, but keep it clean. Choose cotton underwear with strong absorption and good breathability, and do not wear tight jeans. Mild pain can be relieved by local massage or hot compress.
Don't worry too much about ovulation in the same room. Adjust your mood and don't be overly nervous. During the period, pay attention to diet, avoid eating spicy and stimulating food, and frequently change and clean underwear and expose it to the sun, which can sterilize and disinfect. If you have gynecological inflammation, you should actively treat it and avoid sharing rooms during the period.
