Abnormal uterine development is an abnormal phenomenon. The uterus is an important organ of women, which needs attention to maintenance, especially after the abnormality, it needs reasonable treatment.
Signs of abnormal uterine development
1. Abnormal menstruation: patients with congenital anuria or primordial uterus have no menstruation. The patients with infantile uterus have no menstruation, and the patients with double uterus and double horn uterus who have too little menstruation, delayed menstruation, dysmenorrhea, irregular physiological days, etc. may have excessive menstruation, and the duration of physiological days may be prolonged.
2. Infertility: one of the main causes of infertility is the lack of uterus, primordial uterus, childish uterus and other uterine dysplasia.
3. Pathological pregnancy: The uterus with abnormal development often causes abortion, premature delivery or abnormal fetal position after pregnancy. Occasionally, spontaneous uterine rupture during pregnancy occurs. If the fallopian tube of the residual horn uterus is unobstructed, the pregnant egg can be implanted into the residual horn uterus, but the myometrium of the uterus is poorly developed, and the pregnancy is broken, and the symptoms are the same as those of ectopic pregnancy.
4. Pathology during and after delivery: most of the uterus with abnormal development coexists with myometrial dysplasia. Abnormal productivity during delivery, cervical dilatation difficulty, dystocia and even uterine rupture. Transvaginal delivery may result in placenta retention, postpartum hemorrhage or postpartum infection. After pregnancy, the pregnant uterus will grow, and the non-pregnant uterus will be located in the uterorectal fossa, resulting in sexual dystocia during delivery. Patients with double uterus, double horn uterus or mediastinal uterus may bleed after delivery due to the expulsion of membranes from the uterine cavity on the non-pregnant side.
5. Pathological birth: When the female is abnormal, the fetus may be premature and the fetal position is abnormal during the womb birth. Some women also voluntarily rupture their uterus during pregnancy. If a woman has a residual horn uterus, the fallopian tube will become blocked, and the pregnant eggs will remain in the residual horn uterus, but the myometrium of the patient will be deformed, and the longer the pregnancy, the rupture of the pregnancy will occur, and ectopic pregnancy will also occur.
Causes of abnormal uterine development
1. Endocrine factors. Endocrine balance is a necessary condition for normal growth of the body. Many patients with uterine dysplasia have insufficient secretion of female and pregnancy hormones and ovarian dysfunction due to endocrine problems. Therefore, endocrine regulation is also important for uterine dysplasia.
2. Poor nutrition or diseases and other factors lead to uterine dysplasia. The influence of female adolescent malnutrition and chronic diseases is easy to lead to reproductive organ dysplasia, ovarian hormone deficiency, and uterine dysplasia.
