Usually there are many men, phimosis will occur. This situation is a blow to men, impotence and premature ejaculation, even male infertility. Pay attention to the harm of phimosis and do not damage the kidney. What is the common harm of phimosis?
1、 Damage to renal function:
Inflammation of penis, stricture of urethral orifice and anterior urethra, and difficulty in urination. Long-term dysuria will damage the function of the kidney.
2、 Cause premature ejaculation:
The foreskin is too long, the glans cannot contact with the outside, and the local nerve sensitivity is quite high. When you have sex, you ejaculate less than twice, and you will form habitual premature ejaculation for a long time.
3、 Obstruction of penis development:
Adolescent penis head is firmly wrapped by foreskin and cannot get external stimulation, penis hair is greatly constrained, and the circumference of penis head crown is significantly smaller after sexual organ maturity, affecting sexual pleasure.
4、 Inflammation of prepuce:
The secretion of the foreskin itself has bactericidal ingredients, but due to the humid environment of the foreskin room, bacteria are more likely to breed here. If the growth of bacteria exceeds the cleaning function of the foreskin, the foreskin may become inflamed.
5、 Penile inflammation:
There are abundant sebaceous glands in the foreskin, which can secrete a large amount of sebum. Too long foreskin will make the secretion of sebaceous glands in the foreskin unable to be discharged, and the sediment in sebum and urine will form cheese-like and smelly foreskin scale. The foreskin scale is suitable for bacterial growth and can cause inflammation of the penis and foreskin.
How to deal with phimosis scientifically?
1. Daily care
After a child suffers from phimosis, parents should pay attention to keeping the penis clean and often clean the dirt accumulated on the foreskin of the penis. If there is inflammation (red and swollen) in the prepuce mouth, you can first use anti-inflammatory drugs or hot compress. If the inflammation subsides, if the urination condition is good, you can temporarily stop the surgical treatment. If you still feel difficult to urinate or have prepuce incarceration, you should go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.
2. Surgical treatment
Generally, children with phimosis can be treated surgically after they are 3 or 4 years old. Inflammatory infection rises to the urinary system, causing greater harm.
(1) If there is no adhesion, the operation method after local anesthesia can be used to expand the prepuce mouth by artificial expansion or inflatable expansion.
The majority of children with phimosis can avoid the pain of surgical treatment by using tracheal dilation. Before dilation, drop anesthetic from the outer mouth of prepuce, use disposable balloon catheter 2~3 minutes later to separate the adhesion between prepuce and penis head, turn over the prepuce, remove the scale of prepuce, apply small ointment, finally restore the prepuce and cover the penis head.
