2. Obstruction of sperm delivery: such as pathological changes of epididymis, vas deferens, ejaculatory duct and urethra, which can cause obstruction of sperm delivery, usually manifested as obstructive azoospermia in clinic, directly affecting male fertility.
2、 There are a few symptoms:
1. Spermatogenic disorders: such as varicocele, congenital testicular dysplasia, cryptorchidism, orchitis or testicular atrophy, endocrine diseases and other factors can lead to decreased sperm count, decreased motility, or sperm deformity, resulting in infertility.
2. Ejaculation disorders: such as impotence, external genital malformation, trauma, and inability to have sex, or premature ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, and so on. Semen cannot enter the female genital tract, nor can it conceive. In addition to the above main factors, there are also immune factors and disease factors that lead to male infertility, such as strong sperm antigenicity, seminal vesiculitis, prostatitis, prostaglandin abnormalities, and long-term smoking and alcohol abuse can cause male infertility.
Can male infertility be cured? Targeted treatment can cure
Male infertility is a complex and difficult comprehensive disease. Generally, male infertility may suffer from multiple physical and mental diseases at the same time, so its treatment is a long process. Male infertility can be cured in many cases as long as the cause is identified and targeted treatment is carried out.
Experts suggest that patients should not be pessimistic in treatment, but actively treat, adjust their mentality, strengthen physical exercise and increase their immunity, which can play a positive role in promoting the cure of the disease. At the same time, we should first go to specialized hospitals and clinics to find out the cause of infertility, and then carry out symptomatic treatment. We should avoid blind treatment in case of emergency.
For the treatment effect, both doctors and patients should not be too hasty, because the human spermatogenesis cycle is 72-80 days, and the drugs to improve the spermatogenesis function should be maintained for at least one year. Generally speaking, the semen quality should be significantly improved 7-9 months after treatment. Artificial insemination should be given to the absolutely infertile who cannot be operated or treated with drugs to solve the fertility problem.
