Can external genital eczema self heal

What to do if I get eczema of the external genitalia
The external genitalia is a special area of women, where the skin is thin and wrinkled. There is also pubic hair on the labia minora, and there is a lot of vaginal secretions in women. Therefore, the humidity and temperature of the external genitalia skin are relatively high. Due to the warmth and dampness of the skin, in addition to promoting the growth and reproduction of bacteria, it can also cause itching. Under continuous humid conditions, the skin becomes more sensitive to various stimuli. At the same time, the external genitalia is close to the vagina, anus, and urethral opening, and is prone to bacterial contamination. Therefore, bacteria, fungi, and their metabolites are one of the common causes of external genital eczema.
After the onset of dermatitis and eczema, itching is unbearable, excessive scratching or accidental use of hot water can be dangerous, and in severe cases, it can exacerbate the condition or form chronic symptoms. Some people say that applying medication externally can worsen the condition if applied improperly.
If eczema recurs multiple times, patients can try the following methods. Local treatment with appropriate medication, such as the commonly used compound Kangna cream, is suitable for treating external genital eczema. In addition, keep the skin of the vulva dry and clean. If there are many exudate, it must be cleaned immediately.
