(4) Avoid unclean nipple and areola areas.
(5) Avoid overeating. Excessive dieting can lead to incomplete breast development and invisible dryness, so other maintenance measures are also ineffective.
(6) Properly perform breast augmentation exercises. Gently massage and plump breasts, do not exercise. Doing breast augmentation exercises is one of the measures to implement breast exercise, but in fact, exercise itself cannot make the breasts bigger. Because there are no muscles in the breasts. The purpose of exercise is to increase the pectoral muscles under the breasts. Increasing the pectoral muscles will protrude the breasts, making them appear larger.
(7) Avoid hormone based medication for breast augmentation. Long term use or abuse, alternating use of different types of breast creams, can lead to menstrual irregularities, pigmented skin atrophy and thinning, liver enzyme system disorders, reduced synthesis of bile acids, and easy formation of cholesterol stones.
