Women with stomach pain may not necessarily have gastroenteritis! Beware of ovarian problems
Mr. Liu, who works in a foreign-funded enterprise, has had stomach pain for a long time and cannot be seen in the digestive department. Afterwards, ovarian cancer was only discovered during a gynecological examination. Fortunately, it was discovered early and had not yet metastasized. After receiving treatment, I picked up my life. The initial symptoms of ovarian cancer are not obvious and are easily overlooked. Ovarian cancer is mostly in the middle to late stage. Ovarian cancer mainly includes abdominal pain, bloating, gastrointestinal discomfort, menstrual abnormalities, etc. It is difficult to distinguish the symptoms of other diseases and is easy to be ignored, missing the best time for early diagnosis and treatment.
The ovaries are deeply buried in the pelvic cavity, with a hidden location of onset, and there is currently no very precise and effective screening plan. 70% of patients are already in the advanced stage of ovarian cancer at the initial diagnosis, so ovarian cancer is known as the "silent killer". Therefore, some female friends suffer from digestive diseases that cannot be cured for a long time, and it is necessary to consider whether there are problems with the ovaries. Physical examination and screening are important for preventing ovarian tumors, but elderly childless and DINK families must prevent the occurrence of ovarian cancer.
Ovarian cancer can occur at any age
Many women believe that ovarian tumors are far away from them, but in reality, ovarian tumors can occur at all ages, and children and adolescence cannot survive. However, ovarian tumors can also be benign or malignant. Malignant ovarian tumors generally occur at a higher age, while ovarian tumors that occur in children and adolescence are mostly related to germ cells and are mostly benign.
Three major pathogenic factors of ovarian cancer
The incidence of ovarian tumors in urban women is increasing, what is the reason behind this? The main reasons for the increasing incidence of ovarian cancer among urban women include
(1) Endocrine and metabolic issues are important factors that cause ovarian tumors. Many modern urban women face significant work and life pressures, and metabolic and endocrine problems are not uncommon.
(2) There is a clear relationship between fertility issues and the occurrence of ovarian malignancies. Women who have not yet given birth are twice as likely to have ovarian malignancies as those who have already given birth! That is to say, late childbirth in elderly women and DINK family women can affect the occurrence of ovarian malignancies.
(3) The occurrence of ovarian tumors is also related to genetics. From the genealogical survey and epidemiological analysis of ovarian cancer patients, it can be seen that there is a clear genetic trend in ovarian cancer patients. Women with a history of ovarian tumors in their immediate family should pay more attention to physical examination and screening for ovarian tumors.
