Will running aggravate the symptoms of uterine prolapse? Proper exercise of uterine prolapse helps to recover
Uterine prolapse is a common gynecological disease with various causes. After illness, attention should be paid to treatment and cooking methods, especially exercise in daily life is also beneficial, as long as attention is paid to reasonable exercise.
Can I run with uterine prolapse
Do not run if the uterus is sagging. Because the patients with uterine prolapse should avoid strenuous exercise, such as running, lifting weights, and so on. Running will increase abdominal pressure, which will make the uterus move downward, aggravate the symptoms of uterine prolapse, and cause infection, discomfort, etc. Therefore, running is not recommended for patients with uterine prolapse.
Exercise methods of uterine prolapse
1. Anal levator muscle exercise: The patient will relax after contracting the anus forcefully for a few seconds, each time for about 10 minutes, several times a day, and the first exercise should be performed before getting up. It is better to do it once every morning before getting up.
2. Squat: hold your hands by the bed, put your feet together, squat 5-15 times, several times a day, which will help the uterus contract.
3. Chest and knee: The patient should kneel on the bed first, and then put the chest as close as possible to the surface of the bed. The thigh should be perpendicular to the bed plane. Kneel for 15 minutes each time, twice a day, until the position of the uterus is corrected to the front position. It also treats chronic diseases such as cough and constipation. Menopause patients receive nilestriol or other estrogen treatment. We also need to strengthen nutrition and build up our physique.
4. Pelvic floor muscle exercise: sit on the bench, cross your feet, without support, stand up and sit down for 20 to 30 consecutive times.
5. Bed rest exercise: stay in bed, bend your knees close to your hips, use shoulder straps and foot fulcrums to practice your hips, and combine breathing and anal movements. Breathe when you lift your hips, breathe when you put them down, your anus is tense, and your body is relaxed when you breathe. Each time can be 10 to 20 consecutive times.
6. Practice of raising anus and perineum with two feet crossed: After the uterus is basically restored, cross your feet (both in horizontal and vertical positions), and lift the anus and perineum vigorously. It can cooperate with breathing, inhale when lifting, and exhale when relaxing. 100~300 times each time
Precautions for uterine prolapse
1. Patients must pay attention to have a good rest, preferably in bed. When sleeping, use a pillow pad to raise their hips or feet, with the height of two bricks. This can help alleviate the problem of uterine prolapse. If the uterus prolapse is caused by the birth of a baby, the patient should pay attention to not getting out of bed early after the birth, especially not doing some physical work early.
