Who is easy to get Ovarian cyst? Six types of women should pay attention to prevention
The emergence of Ovarian cyst makes many patients particularly worried, which is also one of the gynecological diseases that we should pay attention to. Usually, we should also reasonably prevent it according to our own situation.
Classification of Ovarian cyst
1. Functional cysts: This type of cyst is quite common in women of reproductive age, also known as physiological cysts. Ovarian follicles become immature cysts, but these cysts disappear during menstruation. Therefore, it is important to perform B-ultrasound examination for cysts during menstruation or when they are just outdated. Women during or after menopause do not have functional cysts.
2. Endometritis cyst: This kind of cyst contains coagulated blood clots, and the color is like chocolate, so it is also called chocolate cyst. This type of cyst is common in female patients with endometriosis and is a serious case.
3. Dermatoid cyst (hair cyst): This type of cyst is usually benign (i.e. non cancerous cells). Cysts often contain fatty fluids such as hair, teeth, and bones. The volume is usually small and asymptomatic. However, the enlargement of the cyst may cause complications.
Multiple Ovarian cyst
1. Adolescent women: The endocrine function of the ovaries during puberty is not yet mature, and luteinized follicles are prone to form luteinized cysts.
2. Family history: mother and sisters have Ovarian cyst.
3. Women who have not given birth: Pregnancy has an antagonistic effect on ovarian tumors.
4. Urban living women: high pressure, poor long-term living habits, frequent use of estrogen, food pollution, ionizing radiation, and other effects.
Etiology of Ovarian cyst
1. Endocrine factors: Endocrine factors are one of the causes of Ovarian cyst. The ovary is an important organ for ovulation and gonadal hormone secretion. Ovarian tumors mostly occur at the reproductive age. The incidence rate of Ovarian cyst in nulliparous women or childless women increases. Early menarche (before the age of 12), menopause after the age of 50, menorrhagia, more than three cycles of ovulation promoting agents, precocious puberty or Masculinization are also related to the occurrence of Ovarian cyst. The basic pathological change in many patients with ovarian cysts and polycystic ovary syndrome in clinical practice is the excessive production of androgens by the ovaries, which is the result of the synergistic effect of multiple endocrine system functions in the body.
2. Body Interstitial fluid acidification: body cells are in acidic body fluid, and the dissolved oxygen content of normal cells in the body decreases, cell activity decreases, metabolic cycle slows down, cell appearance changes, showing the tumor character of Ovarian cyst. These cells rapidly expand, forming a real tumor entity of Ovarian cyst. Therefore, acidification of body Interstitial fluid is the cause of Ovarian cyst.
