What should I do if foreskin is too long and affects sexual activity? Circumcision regains a happy life
The daily health care of patients with phimosis is very important, and experts advise them to take care of it this way. When Circumcision is not performed, there is no special health care requirement on diet. Phimosis refers to the condition where the penis is in a relaxed state and the foreskin covers the entire glans. If the foreskin not only covers the entire glans, but also has a narrow opening, the foreskin cannot be retracted, this condition is medically called phimosis. The foreskin is pulled long in front of the head of the penis, and the opening of the foreskin is not small. It can be reluctantly lifted partially or completely, revealing some or all of the head of the penis without affecting urination.
The daily health care of patients with phimosis is very important, and experts teach them how to take care of their foreskin in this way.
Medicated health care for phimosis
1. Generally, medication is not necessary in the absence of inflammation.
2. When there is inflammation, medication should be used (see section on phimosis of the glans penis for details).
Dietary health care for phimosis
1. When Circumcision is not performed, there is no special health care requirement on diet.
2. Within one week after Circumcision, more nutritious foods, such as meat, fish and eggs, should be eaten to help the incision grow.
Nursing and health care for phimosis
1. When circumcision is not performed, attention should be paid to the cleanliness and hygiene of the local area of the penis in nursing, and frequent washing should be carried out. If the foreskin cannot be turned up, do not forcefully turn it over. If it can be turned up for cleaning, the foreskin should be returned to the original position after washing to avoid Paraphimosis.
2. If circumcision is performed, the penis should be washed with warm boiled water or 1:5000 Potassium permanganate solution 3 days before the operation. After surgery, in addition to paying attention to the above medication to prevent bleeding and inflammation during penile erection, it is also important to pay attention to the dryness of the dressing. If it is soaked in urine, it should be replaced in a timely manner. Generally, the suture should be removed 5-7 days after surgery.
Circumcision regains a happy life
Phimosis refers to the condition where the foreskin is too long and the opening of the foreskin is too small or too tight, making it impossible to expose the glans when the foreskin is turned up or the penis is erect.
Phimosis is a condition in which the glans of an adult is completely covered by the foreskin, and the glans penis can only be exposed when flipped or erect.
The phimosis and redundant prepuce are two common male deformities. The harm is that it is easy to cause Balanitis, Smegma accumulation, sometimes causing adhesion, pain or lack of sexual pleasure during sexual intercourse, and some can even induce prepuce stones or Penile cancer.
