The rupture of the corpus luteum of the ovary mainly occurs in the 20th to 26th day of the menstrual cycle, and can cause lower abdominal pain at the onset of the disease, with different severity. Ovarian corpus luteum has the process of ovarian hyperemia and swelling before rupture.
