1. Determine whether the diagnosis is scientific: many patients have been diagnosed as chronic prostatitis for many years and have received a lot of antibiotic treatment, which is difficult to achieve satisfactory results. However, through careful inquiry, we found that a considerable number of patients have not yet received direct examination of the prostate, and the diagnosis is based on the results of urine, semen or B-ultrasound examination of the prostate. Some patients' diagnosis is only determined by consultation. In fact, the most important basis for the diagnosis of prostatitis is the direct palpation of the prostate and the laboratory analysis of prostate fluid.
2. Develop good living habits: pay attention to daily life, keep adequate rest and sleep, take part in physical exercise moderately, prevent excessive fatigue, have regular sex life, do not drink too much, do not eat a lot of stimulating food, ride a bike for a long time soon, live in a cold and wet house soon, prevent influenza and other infectious diseases, these measures are conducive to the recovery of chronic prostatitis, In particular, the effect of treatment of concomitant mental symptoms is better.
