Dysfunction of sexual desire and orgasm is also called disorder of sexual orgasm. The lack of orgasm or lack of sex appeal refers to the normal or strong sexual desire of women, but the orgasm is often delayed or lacking after the effective stimulation of sufficient intensity and time during sexual activity and the normal response of sexual excitement, so only low level of sexual pleasure can be obtained, and sexual satisfaction is rarely or very difficult to achieve.
When women reach orgasm, the general performance is as follows: 1/3 of the outside of the vagina is congested and expanded, the vaginal smooth muscle and anal sphincter muscles are rhythmically contracted, and many muscle groups in the perineum and the whole body also have several uncontrollable spastic contractions at the same time. The feeling of pudendal fullness immediately spreads to the whole body, accompanied by the acceleration of respiratory heart rate, and even some women have the phenomenon of "ejaculation". The whole process lasted about 10 seconds, followed by fatigue and sexual satisfaction. Sexy deficiency refers to the absence of the above reactions.
