Three types of scrositis
1. The erythema type is symmetrically distributed on both sides of the scrotum, about 3 × 4cm in size, with bright red spots on the edge, covered with gray or brown thin scabs, and rough surface. After removing the scab, the reddish skin is exposed without obvious infiltration. When the damage expands, it can fuse at the root of the penis.
2. The papule type starts with several soybean-sized papules on one side of the scrotum, which are significantly higher than the skin, flat, brown thin scab, and then expands, and is densely and symmetrically distributed on both sides of the scrotum suture, about 3 × 4cm, fused into a piece, mostly at the root of scrotum. The coronal sulcus of the penis has irregular, gray-black thick scabs significantly higher than the skin, and the penis has gray scales. There are folliculitis and abscess in pubic bone and groin.
3. Although white papules and silvery scales are rare, they are very typical. The large area in front of the scrotum is composed of flat papules the size of melon seeds, with silvery white and silvery scales falling off.
What is the harm of scrotum inflammation?
