Abnormal development of the reproductive system and secondary sexual signs usually indicates endocrine erectile dysfunction caused by primary or secondary hypogonadism and pituitary lesions. The dorsalis pedis artery is unclear or the bulbocavernous muscle reflex disappears, and the perineal sensory retardation indicates the possibility of vascular or nerve erectile dysfunction.
3. Laboratory examination of blood and urine routine and liver and kidney function is screening examination, focusing on the following:
Blood sugar and urine sugar: diabetes often causes vascular and nerve damage, and about 1/2 of diabetes patients have erectile dysfunction complications. If necessary, glucose tolerance test should be carried out to find hidden diabetes patients.
