2. Scrotal dermatitis: the cause may be related to the lack of B vitamins in the diet. Its symptoms are skin redness, exudation, peeling, blisters, pain and itching.
3. Simple lichen of scrotum: neurodermatitis of scrotum. It is characterized by itching and thickening of the skin, but it is impermeable to fluid and has a long course of disease, which is difficult to cure for many times.
4. Riboflavin deficiency scrotum: it is mostly seen in men who eat refined white rice, refined white flour or have long-term diarrhea, constipation, anorexia or pickiness
Its main manifestations are: at the beginning, the scrotum is slightly red and shiny, and then there are light red patches on both sides of the scrotum, with scales adhered to it, and soon there will be multiple flat papules of the size of soybeans, with varying degrees of itching, often accompanied by angular stomatitis and glossitis.
5. Psoriasis scrotum: dermatosis caused by mold infection, which is related to dermatosis in other parts of the patient. At the onset of the disease, the scrotal skin is red, with papules and blisters, and then peels off. The lesion is often ring-shaped and itchy.
How to treat it?
1. Drug treatment
Cold compress is mainly used in the acute stage. Clean water is used every time without adding medicine or alum. Cool with phellodendron solution or dandelion and wild chrysanthemum decoction and wet. When combined with infection, add chlorhexidine or potassium permanganate to clean water, which has a good effect on scrotal itching and exudation. The traditional treatment for chronic stage is indigo naturalis cream and Pikuo cream, which is good for heating and baking. You can also take a bath with fumigation and Sophora flavescens soup. The western medicine treatment is mainly for external use of prednisone ointment, which lasts for at least 1 to 2 months, and is applied to the affected part in the morning and evening. It is not necessary to bandage, and the thinner the better. It is not necessary to remove the last drug before the next application, and it can be applied with antibacterial ointment when infected with eczema. Tar ointment can also be applied to thicker scrotum.
2. Scrotal care
Avoid re-stimulating the local area, try to avoid scratching the local area with your hands, do not use hot water or soapy water to wash the local area, and do not use drugs with strong irritation to smear the local area. Special attention should be paid to not apply hormone drugs to the local area casually, which are not often easy to worsen or reoccur the disease. Try to understand the basic laws of the occurrence and development of eczema and dermatitis. Avoid eating onions, ginger, garlic, strong tea, coffee, wine and other foods that are easily allergic.
