The discharge of white fluid from the urethral opening is a common symptom of chronic prostatitis. The common symptoms of chronic prostatitis include frequent urination, urgency, white fluid left at the urethral opening after waking up or defecation, and burning sensation in the urethra. In addition, attention should also be paid to causing white purulent excrement in urethritis. Why is there always white liquid flowing out of the urethral opening of the penis? In the following two situations, the phenomenon of white liquid occurs:
1、 Prostatitis may discharge white fluid from the urethral opening
In this case, the prostate is congested, swollen, and secreted more. In the morning, at the end of urination or defecation, a small amount of white liquid flows out from the urethral orifice before and after defecation. A small amount of viscous milky white secretion flows out from the urethral orifice, most of which is prostatic fluid, and a small amount of secretion from the urethral ball gland may also be mixed. This is because the prostate and bulbar glands are located at the bottom of the pelvis, and when the muscles involved in defecation contract, they compress these two glands, thereby discharging a small amount of secretions.
2、 Urethritis may also cause white fluid to flow out of the urethral opening
White transparent liquid flows out of the urethral opening, and there are also symptoms such as urgency, frequent urination, and pain. If there is less secretion and there is a clear history of urinary tract irritation and unclean sexual intercourse, it may be diagnosed with non gonococcal urethritis.
When men are stimulated physically and psychologically, a drop or a few drops of bright secretion, not semen or prostatic fluid, often flows out of the urethral orifice, but a normal physiological reaction of the human body, with multiple paraurethral gland secretions. Originally, there is a type of gland called the paraurethral gland distributed in the human penis. When the penis is sexually excited and erect, the congested corpus cavernosum of the penis compresses the paraurethral gland, causing its secretions to flow out of the urethral opening, lubricating the glans and preparing for sexual activity. Therefore, it is unreasonable to consider this phenomenon as a concern for prostate discharge.
What is the reason why white liquid often flows from the penis urethral orifice? According to experts, when urinating, the urine color is turbid, and pus lines can be seen. It is pyuria, often accompanied by odor. Serious urinary system infections such as pyonephrosis, bladder diverticulum infection, etc., rice soup like pyuria indicates renal tuberculosis. Filariasis patients can discharge chyluria, that is, urine is milky white, mixed with chyle clots.
