Psychological impotence also has the following symptoms:

The persistence and progression of impotence are mainly caused by organic lesions.
Psychological impotence accounts for approximately 85% to 90% of the total impotence, and is the most common sexual dysfunction disease. However, in some non sexual activities, such as dreaming or reading sexually stimulating books, magazines, and movies, as well as when the bladder is filled with urine, the penis can erect during masturbation. Psychological impotence should generally be treated as follows:
1. Psychological counseling: As the saying goes, "Heart disease also requires cardiac medication treatment. When psychological impotence occurs, surgery, dietary therapy, and other treatments are ineffective, and only psychological counseling can produce therapeutic effects. However, the effectiveness and duration of psychological therapy are uncertain.
2. Self relief: Relying solely on the guidance and communication of psychological experts is not enough. Patients need to regain confidence in their bodies. They should avoid tension and worry when having sex.
3. Proper understanding: When one or two unsuccessful sexual encounters occur, sexual partners should understand and avoid sarcasm.
