Laboratory examination: the level of FSH and LH measured by endocrine hormone is significantly higher, and the level of E2 is significantly lower, reaching the level of menopause, which needs to be confirmed by three examinations. PRL is normal. Vaginal exfoliated cells: low estrogen level, bottom cells, or lower cells. 3. B-ultrasound examination: premature ovarian failure occurs when the ovary is small and no follicles are found; Ovaries with normal size and multiple small follicles can be seen without reactive ovarian syndrome. 4. Laparoscopic or laparotomy ovarian biopsy: ovarian small, atrophic and inconspicuous follicles can be seen in premature ovarian failure, no primordial follicles and ovarian interstitial fibrosis can be seen under microscope, anti-ovarian antibodies can be found in the ovary: non-reactive ovarian syndrome, normal size of the ovary can be seen, multiple small follicles can be seen under naked eyes and microscope, anti-follicular membrane cells, anti-granulosa cells, anti-granulosa cells FSH antibodies can be found in ovarian tissue.
