What are the methods for preventing cervical polyps? What are the symptoms and phenomena of cervical polyps
The appearance of cervical polyps has brought great trouble to patients and is also one of the common gynecological diseases. It is necessary to pay attention to the symptoms and causes, especially in daily life where reasonable prevention must be carried out according to one's own situation.
Symptoms of cervical polyps
1. Sexual bleeding: Small polyps generally have no clinical symptoms. Some polyps exposed outside the cervix bleed after sexual intercourse and seek medical attention. For those with a longer pedicle, laser surgery can be performed under hysteroscopy, and smaller polyps found at the same time can be treated together. This is a typical symptom of cervical polyps.
2. Pain and bleeding symptoms: The most obvious symptoms of cervical polyps are pain and bleeding, including pain in daily life, pain in marital life, and menstrual pain
3. There is a lump in the cervix: a lump that grows in the cervix and cervical canal, and the fine pedicle of the uterine cavity adheres to the uterine wall, clinically known as a cervical polyp. Therefore, a polyp like mass in the uterine cavity enters the uterine cavity with a pedicle under the fibroid mucosa and becomes a fibroid like polyp. Endometrial polyps are composed of excessive endometrial hyperplasia, which can occur at any age. Common types of localized endometrial masses protrude into the uterine cavity, are smooth, and have a flesh like hardness. The stem length varies, with the older protruding outside the cervix and the shorter stem.
Etiology of cervical polyps
1. Cervical polyps may be caused by improper operation or mechanical stimulation during childbirth or abortion surgery in women, which can damage the cervix and cause pathogen invasion. This is also the reason for cervical polyps.
2. The cause of cervical polyps may also be unclean sexual activity, poor personal hygiene, etc. Some women may have cervical polyps due to premature or excessive sexual activity.
3. The occurrence of cervical polyps is mainly related to inflammation, and of course, there is also a certain relationship between endocrine disorders in women. However, if women's estrogen levels are too high and they are stimulated by inflammation for a long time, they are prone to cervical polyps.
4. Endocrine disorders: Especially related to excessive levels of estrogen, which can accelerate the development of the vagina, uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries themselves, causing endometrial hyperplasia and menstruation. It can also accelerate the accumulation of subcutaneous fat, leaving sodium and water retention in the body, as well as calcium deposition in bone. However, high or low estrogen secretion is not good, especially high estrogen can cause various cancers.
