What are the hazards of female amenorrhea to the body? How to make menstruation normal
Amenorrhea is a phenomenon of abnormal menstruation that poses serious harm to women. We must take it seriously, especially after amenorrhea, and immediately seek reasonable treatment and cooking.
Amenorrhea treatment
1. Etiological treatment: Some patients can remove the cause and resume menstruation. Patients caused by neurological and mental stress should receive effective psychological guidance for low physical fitness or excessive weight loss, and those with amenorrhea should adjust their diet and strengthen nutrition. Sports amenorrhea patients should appropriately reduce the amount of exercise and training intensity caused by hypothalamic (craniopharyngeal) tumors, pituitary tumors (excluding PRL secreting tumors), and ovarian tumors, and should undergo surgical removal of the tumors. High Gn amenorrhea with Y chromosome has malignant potential in the gonads. Gonadonectomy should be performed as soon as possible to correct amenorrhea caused by abnormal menstrual blood drainage in the reproductive tract. Surgical correction should be performed to ensure smooth menstrual blood flow.
2. Estrogen and pregnancy hormone therapy: Adolescent reproductive immaturity, adult estrogen induced amenorrhea, should be treated with estrogen. The principle of medication is as follows: Adolescent patients who have not yet reached the expected height. Treatment should start at a low dose, such as 17 β- After reaching the expected height with a combination of estradiol or estradiol valerate 0.5mg/day or estrogen 0.3mg/day, the dosage can be increased, such as 17 β- Combination of estradiol or estradiol valerate 1-2 mg/day or estrogen 0.625-1.25 mg/day.
3. Endocrine therapy for pathological and physiological disorders: Based on the etiology and pathological and physiological mechanisms of amenorrhea. Targeted endocrine therapy is used to correct hormonal imbalances in the body and achieve therapeutic goals. CAH patients should receive long-term treatment with glucocorticoids. PCOS patients with obvious signs of hyperandrogenism can be treated with a combination of estrogen and progesterone oral contraceptives.
4. Induced ovulation: For individuals with low Gn amenorrhea, estrogen therapy is used to promote reproductive organ development. After the endometrium responds to estrogen, urinary gonadotropin (hmg) combined with human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) can be used to promote follicular development and induce ovulation, leading to ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS)
5. Assisted reproductive therapy: For patients with fertility requirements, unsuccessful pregnancy after inducing ovulation, combined fallopian tube problems, amenorrhea, and male infertility, assisted reproductive technology can be used for treatment.
6. External plaster: Some hospitals use unique secret formulas of traditional Chinese medicine to make ointments, which have obvious effects on the treatment of amenorrhea. Generally, patients use ginger to wipe the skin of the corresponding sticking area, take a plaster and directly stick it onto the Shenkui acupoint (navel), and replace it every other day. Apply ointment to acupoints, transdermal transmission of medicinal effects to the blood, mainly for nourishing the kidney and tonifying qi, nourishing blood and regulating menstruation, promoting blood circulation to eliminate stasis and unblock meridians, comprehensively regulating female functions, accelerating blood circulation in the female uterus, making menstrual blood flow smooth during menstruation, and thus restoring normal menstruation.
