1. Often play Taijiquan

4. Do anal contraction every day
Relax the whole body. When breathing naturally, do anal contraction exercise. Relax when breathing. Repeat for about 30 times.
5. Do a set of simple gymnastics every day. If you have time, you can do it several times in succession
(1) Hold your breath, gradually stand up, hang your hands, and gradually clench your fists.
(2) The feet are parallel, the foot distance is the same as the shoulder width, the eyes are straight ahead, the arms are naturally drooping, the palms are close to the pants, and the fingers are naturally open. Lift your heel and breathe for 9 times.
(3) Exhale, stand at attention, twist your arms outward, press your fist forward, squeeze your elbows from both sides, lift your body and heel, lift your anus, and breathe.
(4) Drop your heels to the ground, inhale, slowly bend your knees and squat down, gradually turn the backs of your hands forward, with your mouth to your ankle; When the hand is close to the ground, grasp the fist with a little force (meaning to grasp the object), and absorb enough air.
