1. General treatment

2. Systemic therapy
Pregnant women with allergies should not use penicillin. When tetracycline cannot be used, erythromycin can be taken daily, with the first use of 1.5 grams, followed by 0.5 grams four times a day. For 4 consecutive days, 2 grams of Pioneer mycin V should be administered intramuscularly, and 2 grams of Spectacomycin should be administered orally, with 1 gram of Propranolol. Spouses should also receive treatment at the same time to prevent reinfection. After one week of treatment, gonorrhea should be re examined, and if positive, a re examination should be conducted. 3. Local treatment
Mainly for injecting medication into the urethra, 0.5-2% weak protein silver solution or 0.5-1% silver nitrate solution can be used in the acute phase. For chronic patients, the concentration can be slightly increased, or 1:6000 potassium permanganate solution can be used. Generally, inject 6-8 milliliters, leave for 2 to minutes, release, and inject the same amount again. To reduce drug irritation, 1-2% procaine can be added appropriately.
