What are the causes of male frigidity? Male frigidity may be caused by these 10 major causes
In the traditional concept of gender, men are less likely to be frigid. After all, in people's eyes, men tend to be lecherous and flirtatious. It is impossible to be frigid. In fact, this is a wrong view. Men are also frigid. What are the reasons for the frigidity of men? Please see the introduction below.
Cause 1: tobacco and alcohol
A small amount of alcohol (20mg per 100ml of blood alcohol content) is consumed by most people. Most people are happy, active, and have increased libido. When the alcohol content in the blood exceeds 40 mg per 100 ml, people will behave clumsily, speak indistinctly, and their sexual desire will decrease significantly. If you drink too much for a long time, the gonads may be poisoned, leading to male testicular atrophy and loss of sexual desire.
Reason 2: Diet
British psychologists have recently pointed out that people who are overly fastidious about what they eat or deliberately dieting may not have as much energy as those who eat casually, and their libido is not so strong. At the same time, because of their low libido, they often eat too much because they are difficult to control their diet, which aggravates the low libido and forms a vicious circle.
Reason 3: marital relationship
Generally speaking, a harmonious relationship between husband and wife can maintain the level of sexual desire of both parties without causing big fluctuations. If the husband and wife have different views on sex and cannot resolve their differences through conversation, the deepening of the conflict will affect the sexual desire, frequency and way of sexual intercourse of both parties. The husband blindly asks his wife to obey his sexual demands unconditionally, regardless of his wife's physical and emotional conditions, which causes his wife to hate sexual intercourse and affect sexual desire. Similarly, the wife's reluctance to meet her husband's normal sexual requirements for various reasons will also change her husband's sexual desire. Of course, a long time of rigid, monotonous and routine sex life usually leads to decreased sexual desire, which should be paid special attention to among middle-aged couples.
Cause 4: constipation
Some studies have pointed out that women with chronic constipation often have low libido or abnormal sexual life. The anal sphincter of these people is too tight, or accompanied by menstrual abdominal pain and vaginal spasm. More than half of them lack sexual desire or cannot feel orgasm. Other women with constipation have spastic contraction at the bottom of their pelvic cavity, resulting in urinary retention, frequent urination, painful urination and other symptoms, which indirectly lead to decreased sexual desire.
