Tubal adhesions are related to four factors. Good habits can help keep away from distress
The adhesion of fallopian tubes can also occur in our daily lives, and the most direct harm is affecting normal fertility. It is necessary to clarify the causes and take effective prevention measures in daily life.
Causes of tubal adhesions
1. Infections that occur after gynecological surgery: after induced abortion, intrauterine device insertion, intrauterine device removal surgery, etc., if disinfection is not strict or improper, there is a high possibility of gynecological inflammation, postoperative infection, and tubal adhesions.
2. Not paying attention to personal hygiene during physiological days: During menstruation, the endometrium peels off, blood sinuses in the uterine wall open, and the female reproductive system is very fragile and prone to infection.
3. Postpartum or miscarriage infection: After childbirth or miscarriage, female friends have weak physical condition, the cervical opening is not closed after dilation, and bacteria present in the vagina and cervix infect the fallopian tubes, causing inflammation and adhesion.
4. Inflammation spreading in nearby organs: pelvic connective tissue inflammation. Pelvic infection causes adhesions around the fallopian tubes, which adhere to the pelvic wall and ultimately cause adhesions.
Harm of fallopian tube adhesions
1. Infertility: The biggest consequence of fallopian tube adhesions is female infertility. The fallopian tube plays a crucial role in female reproductive function. It is located in the fortress where sperm combine with the sperm and egg, and the fertilized egg operates. Once there is tubal adhesions, even if the egg has already been fertilized, it cannot enter the uterus, so it cannot conceive. If it stays in the fallopian tube for development, it may become a dangerous ectopic pregnancy.
2. Ectopic pregnancy: Many women are prone to tubal adhesions. If the adhesions are complete, female patients have no chance of pregnancy. However, if the adhesions are partial, female patients have a high probability of pregnancy, but the probability of ectopic pregnancy is very high.
3. Impact on embryo quality: If fallopian tube adhesions are not treated for a long time, a large amount of toxic substances are produced in the accumulated water. When these toxic substances flow into the female uterus, they have a significant impact on the implantation ability of the embryo, increasing the possibility of miscarriage in women.
4. Inflammation: Not only that, but also the inflammation caused by tubal adhesions can cause problems. Female patients also experience thick and purulent vaginal discharge, which contains a large amount of white blood cells that engulf sperm, preventing sperm from entering the uterine cavity and eggs.
Prevention of fallopian tube adhesion
1. Women should pay attention to personal hygiene, especially external genital hygiene, in their daily lives to avoid infection that can cause adhesions in the fallopian tubes.
