Traditional Chinese medicine usually classifies prostatitis as "gonorrhea" and "turbid urine". It is believed that this disease is mainly caused by deficiency of kidney yang, deficiency of spleen, depression of qi, and down-injection of dampness and heat. Therefore, in massage techniques and acupoint selection, the principle of tonifying spleen and kidney, clearing dampness and heat, and promoting qi and activating blood circulation is adopted.
Method:
(1) The patient is in the supine position, the operator stands on the left side of the patient's abdomen, presses the metacarpophalangeal joint surface of the left forefinger on the patient's Zhongwan point, then presses the dorsal side of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the left forefinger with the right palm root overlapping, and then presses down with the patient's breath, until it reaches a certain depth, and then continues to press for 5 minutes. After the patient feels numbness and distension in the lower abdomen and perineum or lower limbs, slowly raise the hand, so that the hot flu can pass through the bladder and urethra to the toes of the lower limbs, It can warm the spleen and kidney, clear heat and remove dampness.
(2) Next, the operator put his thumbs on the water channel point, and then gradually press down. After the patient has a fever in the lower abdomen, continue to press for 1 minute, and then slowly raise his hand to open and adjust the lower focus water channel; Then gently and forcefully rub the patient's lower abdomen with both palms to promote qi and blood circulation, promote dampness and remove heat.
(3) The patient is in the prone position, the operator stands on the left side of the patient's waist, and uses the palm of one hand to rub up and down beside the patient's lumbosacral spine. It is better to reach the two points of Shenshu and Dachangshu with heat, and warm and replenish the spleen and yang.
According to the above method, once a day, 10 times is a course of treatment.
