1. Increased and decreased semen

In clinical practice, male infertility is divided into two categories: sexual dysfunction and normal sexual function. The latter can be further divided into azoospermia, oligospermia, asthenospermia, sperm weakness, and normal sperm count infertility based on semen analysis results.
Daily taboos for preventing male infertility
1. Avoid frequent and intimate sexual activity

3. Avoid wearing jeans every day
Research has shown that the male reproductive system is best at low temperatures. Frequent wearing of jeans can cause local temperatures to be too high, which is detrimental to sperm formation, especially in summer and humid climates.
4. Avoid frequent self inspection
Medical research has shown that early detection of male diseases such as testicular cancer and penile cancer has a high cure rate. 5. Avoid neglecting sexual organ hygiene

6. Avoid malnutrition and overeating
