There are usually 5 causes of premature ejaculation in men. Four principles to prevent premature ejaculation
Premature ejaculation is the most common male sexual dysfunction, with about one-third of married men experiencing or consistently experiencing it to varying degrees. However, there is currently no satisfactory and unified standard in clinical practice. It is generally believed that premature ejaculation occurs before or shortly after the penis enters the vagina. Severe premature ejaculation is easily diagnosed, and occasional premature ejaculation cannot be considered pathological. Newlyweds lack sexual experience. It is not uncommon to experience premature ejaculation due to excessive excitement and nervousness. After gaining sexual experience, most couples can find a way to achieve orgasm together or a relatively harmonious sexual lifestyle.
There are five root causes of male premature ejaculation
1. The pleasure that cannot cause female sexual intercourse is considered premature ejaculation: it exerts the functions of both men and women, with the characteristics of men being faster and women being slower. Men have rapid erections, while entering orgasm and ejaculation are opposite. Women have slow sexual excitement, usually taking more than ten minutes or even longer. This is a natural difference. Male ejaculation occurs, while female orgasm is not achieved, which is a common occurrence in Sikong. For this situation, the most common issue is the disharmony of sexual intercourse, cooperation, and sexual life.
2. Premature ejaculation during marriage: Premature ejaculation is prone to occur during the marriage stage, and there are several reasons for this. Firstly, during the newlywed period, sexual excitement is particularly high, filled with longing and longing for sexual life, fresh and interested, and prone to ejaculation; Secondly, during the unmarried stage, semen accumulates in the sexual organs, producing inflationary stimulation. When the newlyweds have just started sexual activity, they have not yet reached a satisfactory state between the couple, and their function has not fully entered a normal state, which is prone to premature ejaculation. Fourthly, when they have just started sexual activity, they may have some mental and psychological thoughts, such as not knowing? Is it done this way? Are women satisfied after all? Was masturbation a hindrance in the past? wait. This psychological factor can interfere with sexual function and cause premature ejaculation, which is understandable.
3. If premature ejaculation occurs during sexual intercourse after a long period of absence, one may worry about sexual dysfunction: in fact, there is an inverse relationship between the speed of ejaculation and the length of the interval between sexual intercourse. That is to say, frequent sexual activity, short intervals between sexual activities, and slow ejaculation during sexual intercourse. On the contrary, with limited sexual activity, in the case of long-term sexual hunger without sexual activity, sexual excitement increases sharply and ejaculation occurs immediately after sexual intercourse. Therefore, for this occasional sexual activity, once premature ejaculation occurs during sexual intercourse, it cannot be considered a sexual dysfunction.
