The prostate is most afraid of these seven things. Men with prostatitis should pay attention
For men, prostatitis has become a common disease. According to statistics, more than 50% of men will suffer from prostatitis at least once in their lives. Experts remind that once men are often troubled by frequent urination, urgency and pain in urination, they must warn that bad habits will further damage the prostate.
Compared with women's breasts, the prostate is the place for men to do things. However, a new British validation shows that only 1/2 of men know the function of the prostate and do not know how to prevent prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia. In fact, the main causes of prostate disease can be summarized into seven words, which can be said that the prostate has seven kinds of fear:
1. Fear of pressure:
When a man is sitting, a large part of his body weight will be pressed on the prostate. Gland congestion makes it difficult to excrete prostate fluid. Especially, sitting on a soft chair or sofa will block the blood circulation of the whole urinary system, leading to the occurrence of sterile prostatitis or bacterial prostatitis.
2. Fear of cold:
Men's testicles are hot, but the prostate is the opposite. They are afraid of cold. When the weather gets cold, the human sympathetic nerve excitability increases, which makes the prostate contract, the gland tube and blood vessels expand, leading to chronic congestion and aggravating the deposition of prostate fluid.
3. Afraid of suffocation:
Under normal circumstances, bacteria are parasitic on the lower part of the male urethra. When urinating, these bacteria will be washed away. Often holding urine will easily cause the bacteria to retrograde to the urethra, causing prostatitis.
4. Afraid of drunkenness:
Due to the stimulation of alcohol, local capillaries will rapidly expand and congest. At this time, the swollen prostate will occupy the urethral space, and the nerves around the prostate will also be compressed and suppressed. It takes 3-5 days for the prostate to recover.
5. Fear of smoking:
The examination showed that the incidence rate of prostate disease in smokers was 1-2 times that of non-smokers. This is because there are more than 1200 compounds in tobacco, most of which are harmful to human body, mainly including nicotine, cyanide and carbon monoxide. The more smoking, the greater the damage to the prostate.
6. Spicy:
For patients with prostatitis, excessive consumption of spicy food will stimulate the prostate and urethra, which can induce acute prostatitis or aggravate the symptoms of chronic prostatitis.
7. Fear:
Indulgence is the enemy of prostate. Too frequent orgasm will lead to prostate hyperemia and prostatitis. Excessive inhibition of libido will accumulate a large amount of prostate fluid and induce inflammation. In addition, interruption of sexual intercourse before ejaculation, external ejaculation or frequent masturbation can lead to prostate congestion, swelling and inflammation.
