Symptoms of ovarian cancer
1. Hypomenorrhea or amenorrhea: many patients with ovarian cancer have no menstrual changes. When normal ovarian tissue is damaged by cancer cells, the patient's general condition is poor, with Hypomenorrhea or amenorrhea.
2. Abdominal distension: Sudden abdominal distension, increased abdominal circumference, ovarian cancer metastasis to the abdominal cavity, causing a large amount of ascites, and enlargement of ovarian cancer mass.
3. Abdominal and low back pain: Ovarian cancer infiltrates surrounding tissues, adheres to adjacent tissues, compresses nerves, and causes abdominal and low back pain. Its nature ranges from dull pain to dull pain, and even severe pain.
4. Unexplained weight loss: Due to the gradual growth of ovarian cancer and the formation of ascites, it can mechanically compress the gastrointestinal tract, causing reduced appetite and indigestion in patients. In addition, cancer cells consume a large amount of nutrients in the human body, causing patients to become increasingly thin, anemic, and powerless, with a dull complexion.
5. Edema of lower limbs and vulva: ovarian cancer grows and is fixed in the pelvic cavity, and can compress pelvic veins, or affect lymphatic return. Over time, patients will have edema of lower limbs and vulva. At this point, we should consider the possibility of ovarian cancer.
