Sexual Health
Six major types of sexually transmitted diseases: men and women must know that the incubation period of sexually transmitted diseases mainly has four manifestations
Sexually transmitted diseases usually directly damage the reproductive organs. The most common gonorrhea and non gonococcal Urethritis are manifested as inflammation of the Genitourinary system, causing pain and burning of the urethra when urinating. There is either thin or thick purulent discharge at the urethral opening. When gonorrhea causes inflammation of the Female reproductive system, there are purulent leucorrhea, low back pain, and lower abdominal pain. Genital wart can grow cauliflower like tumors of different sizes in the external genitals, which are easy to bleed, and there are foul smelling purulent secretions on the surface.
The clinical manifestation of early venereal diseases is hard chancre and its Lymphadenopathy. Hard chancre appears about 3 weeks after the infection of Treponema pallidum, and the first invaded parts, such as the glans, prepuce, Corona of glans penis of men, labia and labia, clitoris, Vaginal orifice of women, appear erythema, and gradually become a hard knot. The color turns purple red or copper red, and the touch is as hard as nasal bone, without pain and itching.
The surface of the hard knot gradually appears erosive, and finally forms an ulcer, about 1 centimeter in size. The shape is mostly circular, with neat edges, and the ulcer surface is flat. There is a small amount of serous secretion on the surface, which contains a large amount of spirochetes and is highly infectious. Except for genital areas, some cases of chancre can occur in the lips, tongue, fingers, breasts, eyelids, and anus; The hard chancre will not be treated, and it will disappear naturally after one month. A shallow scar or pigment spot will be left one to two weeks after the occurrence of hard chancre. The nearby Lymphadenopathy will be swollen, mostly bilateral, with a large number of hard contacts, but no tenderness, no suppuration, and no ulceration. The swelling of lymph nodes subsides later than chancre, which takes about a few months.
If early sexually transmitted diseases can be diagnosed and treated in a timely manner, the disease can quickly achieve a complete cure, otherwise the harm will be endless.
