Sexual disorder is prone to cervical cancer. Detailed explanation of the four different types of cervical cancer
Cervical cancer is a serious disease that we are familiar with, and its harm is particularly significant. We should pay attention to it, especially by identifying the factors causing illness in daily life, actively and reasonably preventing it, and paying attention to details of life.
Four different types of cervical cancer
1. Cauliflower or nipple shape: The most common type of cancer is biologically shaped, resembling cauliflower, which is prone to occur on the cervical lip and has low spread. It is often accompanied by necrosis, infection, and bleeding, and is sensitive to radiation.
2. Infiltration type: mainly showing infiltrative growth with less bleeding, but with greater invasiveness and poor sensitivity to radiation.
3. Ulcer type: It is less common than cauliflower type. Cancer tissue first damages the surface of the cervix, gradually immerses, and damages more to form ulcers. This type is more common in the cervix lip and cervical canal, and is prone to necrotic tissue, co infection, and radiation sensitivity.
4. Nodular type: The least common, cervical hypertrophy, mainly infiltrating deep into the cervix. It is generally as hard as rubber or wood, and is moderately sensitive to radiation.
Pathogenic factors of cervical cancer
1. Early onset of sexual activity and sexual disorder: The occurrence of cervical cancer is closely related to sexual activity, and women who have had sex early are more likely to develop cervical cancer.
2. Cervical erosion, laceration, and eversion: When women suffer from cervical erosion, the incidence of cervical cancer is 2-7 times higher than those without cervical erosion, and when suffering from severe cervical erosion, the incidence of cervical cancer is 9 times higher than those with moderate erosion.
3. Smegma stimulation: ethnic and religious people, Jews and Muslims who have the custom of boys' regular circumcision (circumcision) have a low incidence of cervical cancer in women.
4. Virus infection: In recent years, three viruses have been found to be associated with the onset of cervical cancer, namely human herpesvirus type II, human papillomavirus, and human cytomegalovirus.
5. Excess estrogen: Estrogen has the function of stimulating the proliferation of cervical epithelium, and excess estrogen can lead to significant proliferation and even cancer transformation of cervical epithelium. Given this, some scholars believe that excessive estrogen may lead to cervical cancer.
6. When having sex, do not pay attention to hygiene: there are many kinds of pathogenic bacteria and viruses in male smegma. These bacteria and viruses repeatedly stimulate the external genitalia and cervical epithelium of young women, leading to the occurrence of chronic cervicitis and ultimately transforming into cervical cancer. Therefore, both men and women should pay attention to genital cleanliness before and after sexual activity.
