Ovarian cysts are related to lifestyle habits. Reasonable prevention of lifestyle details
Ovarian cyst is a familiar gynecological disease with many causes. In daily life, we need to be clear about its causes and take reasonable prevention measures based on our own situation.
Causes of ovarian cysts
1. Endocrine factors: Endocrine factors are one of the causes of ovarian cysts. The ovary is an important organ for ovulation and secretion of gonadal hormones, and ovarian tumors often occur at reproductive age. The incidence rate of ovarian cysts in nulliparous women and nulliparous women increased. Early menarche (before the age of 12), amenorrhea after the age of 50, frequent menstruation, more than three cycles of ovulation agent use, precocious puberty or masculinization are also related to the occurrence of ovarian cysts. The basic pathological change in clinical practice for many patients with ovarian cysts and polycystic ovary syndrome is the excessive production of androgens by the ovaries, which is the result of the synergistic action of various endocrine system functions in the body.
2. Body tissue fluid acidification: body cells are in acidic body fluid, and the dissolved oxygen content of normal cells in the body decreases, cell activity decreases, metabolic cycle slows down, cell appearance changes, showing the tumor characteristics of ovarian cysts, these cells rapidly expand, forming a real tumor entity of ovarian cysts. Therefore, acidification of body tissue fluid is the cause of ovarian cysts.
3. Unhealthy lifestyle habits: Poor lifestyle habits, excessive psychological pressure, and other factors can lead to a decrease in women's physical fitness, abnormal proliferation of ovarian tissue, and the development of physiological ovarian cysts and true ovarian masses. Improper long-term dietary structure is also a cause of ovarian cysts.
4. Unreasonable dietary structure: Ovarian cysts may be caused by an unreasonable dietary structure. High cholesterol diet, lack of vitamins A, C, and E, smoking, ionizing radiation, and other environmental factors are also causes of ovarian cysts. Therefore, preventing ovarian cysts requires women to adjust unreasonable dietary arrangements.
5. The impact of hormone drugs: long-term consumption of contaminated food, such as vegetables using plant growth hormone, and prescription feeding of livestock and poultry with added clenbuterol hormone components. In addition, some middle-aged and young women abuse hormone based drugs and supplements such as breast augmentation, weight loss, and anti-aging, resulting in a high incidence of ovarian tumors and an increasingly young age.
6. Genetic factors: data show that nearly 20% - 25% of patients with ovarian tumors have a family history.
