According to statistics, at present, the incidence rate of male diseases in China is 55%, of which the incidence rate of male infertility is as high as 5%, as many as 55 million. 68% of couples of childbearing age who are unable to conceive normally are caused by male urinary and reproductive system infections. The high incidence of male diseases has become a haunting nightmare for men, causing the majority of male friends to lose their health. Therefore, male reproductive health issues have become a serious social issue.
The causes of male reproductive health are complex. Many diseases, such as impotence, premature ejaculation, genital tract infection, malnutrition, mental depression, tobacco and alcohol addiction, and sexual promiscuity, can lead to problems in male reproductive health. Once the male urinary and reproductive system is infected, the sperm production and output pathways will appear edema and erosion, leading to a significant decline in sperm quality and quantity, resulting in absolute infertility. In addition to the above reasons, it is not uncommon for some male friends to experience reproductive health problems due to their fashionable and modern daily lives.
Take a sauna. Occasional saunas can eliminate fatigue, relax the body and mind, and are beneficial to health. However, frequent saunas can seriously affect male fertility, and are often referred to as "invisible sperm killers.". Due to the high temperature of the sauna and the immersion of the perineum, if the testicles are exposed to high temperatures for a long time, their spermatogenic function is impaired, which can lead to a decrease in sperm survival rate and ultimately lead to male infertility. It is recommended that the duration of each sauna should not exceed 10 minutes, and the temperature should not exceed 90 ℃.
Use your phone. With the progress of society, the development of technology, and the acceleration of the pace of people's lives, modern people's lives have become completely inseparable from mobile phones. Turning on the phone 24 hours a day is a common occurrence for busy office workers. However, perhaps not many people take into account how much radiation a mobile phone can cause to the human body and how deep the harm is. Research has shown that mobile phones have a significant destructive effect on the male reproductive system. An adult man who uses mobile phones for more than 4 hours per day produces 50% less sperm than an adult man who does not use mobile phones. Some male friends often hang their mobile phones on their belts or in their trouser pockets, which can seriously affect the normal growth of sperm and greatly reduce the chance of conception. It is recommended that male friends, especially those who have not yet had a baby, should try to stay away from mobile phone radiation.
Self driving: In the beautiful and windy spring, it's nice to take a drive in your car to the suburbs or take a long-distance self driving trip. Unexpectedly, while male friends enjoy warmth and romance, there are also hidden "killing opportunities" behind them, and your precious sperm has also been killed a lot in the silence. Researchers have found that taxi, truck driver, and professional driver sperm quality and reproductive ability are significantly lower than men who do not drive. Because long-term driving can lead to poor blood circulation in male reproductive areas, causing chronic congestion of the prostate, which can lead to prostatitis. It is recommended that male friends do not drive continuously for long periods of time. They should stop and get off for 10 minutes after every 1-2 hours of continuous driving.
