The person who has normal sexual life after marriage and is not pregnant within 2 years without any contraceptive measures is said to be infertile, and the person who has been living together without children after marriage, if the wife has no problem after examination, the man should go to the hospital for examination in time to find out the cause and treat as soon as possible. The following examinations can be carried out in the hospital urology department or the male department, preferably the infertility department.
There are four main reasons for male infertility
1、 Spermatogenic disorders. The testicle is a factory that produces sperm. If this factory breaks down, the quantity and quality of sperm will be affected. For example, congenital testicular hypoplasia, cryptorchidism, testicular tuberculosis, orchitis, testicular atrophy (caused by parotitis), testicular tumor, varicocele, lack of zinc, calcium, phosphorus, and the influence of drugs or poisons can all hinder testicular sperm production.
2、 Transfusion is blocked. From the epididymis, vas deferens, ejaculatory duct to the urethra, any part of inflammation causes obstruction, which can affect sperm passage.
3、 Sperm problems. For example, external genital malformation and dysfunction, hypospadias, premature ejaculation, impotence, non-ejaculation, retrograde ejaculation, etc. can cause infertility.
4、 Immune factors. In other words, they have produced infertility with anti-sperm antibody.
The main causes of male infertility are low sperm quantity, high sperm deformity rate or poor mobility, ejaculation dysfunction or blocked semen output pipeline.
Many acquired diseases such as congenital diseases and trauma, including chronic health problems, poor lifestyle and other factors, including living environment, food, medicine and living habits, are important reasons for male infertility. By treating male patients, their spouses or both at the same time, a considerable part of male infertility can be treated.
