1、 Comprehensive intervention for drug users:
The Action Plan requires that AIDS comprehensive prevention knowledge and policies be included in the training content of Party schools, administrative colleges, Youth League schools and other institutions, and human resources, human management and other departments in Dongguan must incorporate AIDS comprehensive prevention knowledge education into the relevant training of off-site workers. AIDS and STD testing should be included in the physical examination of service personnel in key public places, and AIDS patients and STD patients detected should be provided with timely treatment services. Comprehensive intervention for drug users, relying on drug use to maintain treatment clinics, establishing extended service points, and increasing service possibilities. Establish a linkage mechanism between mandatory drug isolation, community drug use, community rehabilitation, and drug maintenance treatment.
2、 Free treatment for pregnant women and infants with AIDS:
Expand the coverage of mother to child transmission prevention, effectively reducing neonatal infections. It provides free treatment, preventive medicine, follow-up and other intervention services for pregnant women infected with AIDS and syphilis and their babies. Health, inspection and quarantine departments should improve the comprehensive monitoring and laboratory testing network for AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases and hepatitis C.
Gradually promote the identification and detection of new infections of AIDS, the window period detection of virus infection and the early diagnosis of AIDS virus infection in infants and young children. Strengthen the management of testing and case reports in medical and health institutions, provide early warning of potential outbreaks, and regularly publicize the epidemic. The health department should reasonably set up and adjust voluntary consultation and testing points.
3、 The lonely study life of AIDS is guaranteed:
The Action Plan requires immediate treatment of AIDS virus according to the specific conditions of infected persons and patients and local treatment principles. On the basis of continuing to implement the policy of free antiviral treatment and medical insurance reimbursement, civil affairs and other departments should address the actual situation of patients with combined opportunistic infections and solve the cost of anti opportunistic infection treatment through medical assistance.
