1. Treatment of bacterial orchitis: procaine penicillin is usually used, 800000 units per time, twice a day, intramuscular injection. Or gentamicin, 80000 units each time, twice a day, intramuscular injection, for 5-7 days. After the inflammation has been controlled, oral antibacterial drugs, such as cephalosporin, cotrimoxazole or ofloxacin, are used instead.
